Hi all..Seriously it has been soo long I didn't update my blog..Luckily this week I'm working 3 days and 4 days off..So i'll take this chance to update what happened during last 2 weeks :)..

Anyway today I spent my time doing garden activity @ home..I already ordered 150 pieces of rumput carpet from Four Seasons Turf Farm and they deliver it to my house..

.: Four Seasons Turf Farm :.

As I mentioned on my previous entry, last weekend we are going to Four Seasons Turf Farm, to buy some rumput carpet there..The site is located @ Sungai Buloh, where it's open daily from 8am till 5pm..


They are also provide delivery service for rumput carpets to your house with reasonable price, where delivery to Puchong will cost you @ RM80..

Below I'll share some info on how to get there, if you are interested to buy a lot of rumput carpets with the lowest price :

1. If you are from PLUS Highway, please follow exit 114 "Hospital Sungai Buloh Interchange"
2. From the exit, go straight until the T junction road with the traffic light
3. Turn left and go straight...you'll go through under construction road and surrounding areas are "in progress" UITM Sungoi Buloh Campus
4. Go further up and you can see the Four Seasons Turf Farm signboard along the way

I hope you can follow this simple guideline on how to get there :)..

Hi, good morning..Erm, yesterday was a bad day for us, since one of the 3G door was suddenly fallen down when I'm trying to pull it out..As what I can see, the 3G door easily can fall down since it is connected using stapler..

Anyway I'm already report it to our contractor to come and fix the problem during this weekend..

Anyway, my friend just told me that I got two ticket "Exclusive Invitation" of 'Avatar' movie on last Sunday @ Cathay Cineplax, Curve..Unluckily I can't go for watch the movie since during that week I'm @ my hometown..Anyway I already bought the 'Avatar' DVD but till now don't have time to watch it :)..Maybe this weekend will spent my time watching the movie with my family..

.: Partial Solar Eclipse On Jan 15 :.

Today, 15th January 2010, we will have a another chance to observe a partial solar eclipse, known as the annular solar eclipse, between 3pm and 5.45pm..


A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby totally or partially obscuring Earth's view of the Sun. An annular solar eclipse occurs when the Moon's apparent diameter is smaller than the Sun, causing the sun to look like an annulus (ring), blocking most of the Sun's light. An annular eclipse will appear as partial eclipse over a region thousands of kilometers wide. Today partial solar eclipse is the longest eclipse since 1992..

Anyway, i miss this chance because have another things to do..Anyway, anyone who had a chance to observe the partial solar eclipse, can share with us the experience??

Hi, today is Monday again :)..1st working day of 3rd week in the year 2010..Anyway enjoy working to all of you!!

.: Amanah Saham Bumiputera ASB :.

As you can see on image above, for sure many of us will think about the ASB dividend that has been announce earlier, where Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB), has announced an income distribution of 7.30 sen per unit and a bonus of 1.25 sen per unit for Skim Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB), for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2009.

And starting from tomorrow, 4th January 2010, all the ASB Unit holders will be able to update and withdraw the money from their accounts :)..hooraayyy!!!..And for sure i guarantee all the bank that participate in ASB + PNB will be crowded especially for who want to check how much they earn from the dividend..

Below i wanna share info regarding the Amanah Saham Bumiputra (ASB) dividend and bonus data since year 1990 in table and graph format.



From the data, it shows that in the 90s, the declared dividend was in the range of 8% - 10% and year 1999 was the highest dividend rate (10.5) being declared.

Since year 2001 onwards, the declared dividend for ASB is in the range of 7+ percent..Anyway, alhamdulillah, it's rezeki for a New Year 2010!!

I think a lot of people already heard about this news, but might be a lot of people still didn't clear which area they extension will be covered..Here i wanna share the info that i get from the website :


"The proposed Kelana Jaya LRT extension line will commence from Lembah Subang – Kelana Business Centre, through Subang, USJ, Alam Megah and ending at the hub in Putra Heights. The proposed line will consist of 13 new stations and approximately 17km of guideway.

The proposed Ampang LRT extension line will commence from the present Sri Petaling station, passing through Puchong, Kinrara and ending at the hub in Putra Heights. The proposed line will consist of 13 new stations and approximately 17.7km of guideway.


All stations will have facilities such as lifts, escalators,public telephones, suraus and toilets. The stations will also be equipped with facilities for the physically disabled such as ramps, lifts, tactiles, low ticket counters and toilets.

Both lines are expected to be commissioned by end of 2012."


If you refer to the map above, the extension will be include our area which is Puchong Prima :)..It might be sounds good anyway, where you can use the public transport to go to KL and can avoid the havoc traffic jammed around the city :)
