This month is a 2nd month we are paying for the housing loan interest..

November interest cost : RM594.25..


December interest cost : RM1023.80..


Anyway we take OCBC as our end financier since they gave the better rate compare to others..Below is the rate given by them :

First 3 Years : BLR - 2.3%
Remaining Years : BLR - 2.4%

Just wanna share some sweet moment where Ar Rayyan was able to walk with confident..He start wanna walk by himself when I'm bringing him to "pusing-pusing" around our apartment area on last Sunday :)..

It was a great achievement for Ar Rayyan!! Now, the next step, learn how to run OK..Run Ar Rayyan, Run!! :)

.: 1st Day School @ Tadika Mentari Ria :.

Last Monday was Aleeya 1st day school @ Tadika Mentaria Ria..This year, she is 5 years old and hopefully she can adapt herself with her new friends..

Aleeya class is K1 Daisy 3..


Ms Sharon will be her Teacher..

.: Unfortunate Day :.

The incident was happened on my way back to my home..Before it happened, I was on speeding @ the right lane :), and suddenly i feel something wrong with the motorcycle..So that i made a decision to change lane from right to the left..

Before it reach on the left lane the engine suddenly stop..**sigh**, what a bad day and alhamdulillah i quickly jump from the motorcycle and pull it a side..At the same time car behind me is too close and thanks god!! Alhamdulillah nothing bad happend to me :)..

With a condition where the motorcycle can't start, i have to push it to the nearest workshop which is about 800 meter away :(..It is from the 1 Puchong building to the EON Bank Pusat Bandar Puchong branch..I'm getting sweat once arrive at the workshop :)..

.: Checklist in 2010 :.

Today is Monday, 4th January 2010, the 4th day of 2010 :)..and today also the 1st day of working in calender 2010..Happy Working to all of you!!

Usually everyone should have a list of what they gonna achieve in the next 12 coming months, that's include myself :)..here i wanna share with you the checklist :

~Summary 0f Year 2009~
+ send Aleeya to Chinese School @ Tadika Mentari Ria
+ trip to Helsinki for work
+ family vacation to Bandung
+ bought a new car
+ sold my 1st house @ Saujana Putra
+ bought new house @ Puchong Prima

And for the year of 2010, below is my wish list :

Alrite, will add more later if it's inside my mind :)..anyway this year I'm gonna be 30's :(..huh no more 20's..Alrite let take the challenge onward and we will hope that this year ahead will be a years of adventure + interesting..

.: Amanah Saham Bumiputera ASB :.

As you can see on image above, for sure many of us will think about the ASB dividend that has been announce earlier, where Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB), has announced an income distribution of 7.30 sen per unit and a bonus of 1.25 sen per unit for Skim Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB), for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2009.

And starting from tomorrow, 4th January 2010, all the ASB Unit holders will be able to update and withdraw the money from their accounts :)..hooraayyy!!!..And for sure i guarantee all the bank that participate in ASB + PNB will be crowded especially for who want to check how much they earn from the dividend..

Below i wanna share info regarding the Amanah Saham Bumiputra (ASB) dividend and bonus data since year 1990 in table and graph format.



From the data, it shows that in the 90s, the declared dividend was in the range of 8% - 10% and year 1999 was the highest dividend rate (10.5) being declared.

Since year 2001 onwards, the declared dividend for ASB is in the range of 7+ percent..Anyway, alhamdulillah, it's rezeki for a New Year 2010!!

Happy New Year 2010!! Today is Friday, 1st January 2010, the beginning of the year 2010..and today also i spent my time with my family for a few hours going to IOI Puchong..

Firstly, we are heading to Stroller World @ IOI New Wing..Actually we are plan to buy for Ar Rayyan, "Stroll-Along Walker"..Unfortunately it was out of stock :(..Anyway we only bought some learning stuff for Aleeya, specially dedicated for her 5th birthday gifts :)..


We had our lunch @ Makanan Thai, Jusco Foodcourt..


Our set menu, which cost us RM16.50..


Ar Rayyan just awake from sleep, only take a drink,

Since today is Friday, we are having limitation on the time, and I'll be going for Friday prayer later..then we just heading back home for rest :)
