Last nite, we spent almost 2 hours @ TopTen to figure out which fan + down light that need to buy for our new house..And below is the items that we bought from TopTen :

1. fan : type KDK KY14Y9 - 5 units
- cost around RM1379

2. down light - 32 units
- cost around RM896

3. dining hall lamp
- cost around RM156

4. stair case lamp
- cost around RM85

So total we spent last nite around RM2500..huh, is it expensive??

.: Weekend @ Unity Design :.

This morning, me and wife are going to Unity Design @ Taman Saujana Prima, Kajang..I've made appointment with Patric earlier since i knew Patric is a quite busy person and such a great news I can meet him today..

As promised I was arrived @ his place around 11.30am..It was a loooong discussion and after calculate based on material that we are agree + satisfy with the price :), I locked the price since all the material price will be increase during CNY..Thanks Patric for the quite reasonable price..Below is some pic taken @ Patric's showroom..

Below is the summary of the material for our new KC which cost us RM13900

1. Wet Kitchen
- Granite + 3G

2. Dry Kitchen, 2 Upper Shelf and Shelf for frozen + microwave + oven
- Solid Top + 3G

And for the design of our KC, we will follow exactly the design from our show house :)..Here I wanna share the design of our future KC..

So now we are awaiting for the house key in order to proceed with exact measurement of the whole kitchen..Hopefully everything will be going smooth, insya allah :)

.: Future KC Design :.

Last weekend me and wife are going to YN Kitchen Cabinet which is located only a few block from TopTen to get a design for our future KC..Below is some pic taken during the survey :

Anyway we are still survey for another KC showroom and this weekend we are plan to go to Unity Design which is located in Tmn Prima Saujana..


This showroom is getting popular and get recommended from the CARI forumner (www.cari.com.my) after they are make a good service + reasonable price..You can find for "patric" on the forum and he is getting a lot of good comments about his workmanship :)..So we must get him to design for our future KC..Will update and share with you all later once we visit his showroom during this weekend..

.: Sale! Sale! Sale! Y.E.S :.

Yeah it's time to Y.E.S since it's already year end of 2009 and it's the biggest SALE event of the year :)..Last week me and wife are hanging around to find all the necessary things for our new house (fan, water heater, down light, hod + hob + oven, etc)..Below is some pic taken during our survey..

Survey @ another shop..forgot already the name of the shop, but it just a few block from TopTen


Then going to another shop to survey the price for fan + water heater..The fan looks nice but the price, urhhh..u can decide whether it's worth it or not :)

I think the price for water heater is standard, but need to find more on another place :)


After survey all those thing, we are going to kitchen cabinet showroom in order to design our new kitchen cabinet..I will update more on next post :)..

.: Christmas Party 2009 :.

Last Thursday nite there was a Christmas Party @ office..Everyone need to attend and bring mysterious gift for exchange during the party..And everyone also need to wear something red, green or white as those are Christmas theme colors..Below is some pic taken during that nite :)

Hi, it's soo long didn't update my blog..Recently i'm quite busy with my work :)..Anyway i would like to share with others my workplace..the concept is open space..so it is good practice so that easier to communicate with others if we need some help..Below is some pic taken yesterday :) before we had a Christmas Party..
