After come back from Perodua Service Center, we have a visit to Salwa parent's house @ AU4, Keramat for looking her newly baby gurl..Ita and Jas are also joining us to have a visit there..We spent almost 3 hours at her family's house..

Today, me and Aleeya is going out together to Perodua Service Center @ USJ13 to send Muk Su's car for the 10000km service..She already made the appointment earlier and the appoinment was @ 10.50am, but before that we are going to Pusat Serahan Pos @ Cawangan Puchong to collect my pos berdaftar..

Erm, anyway i took almost 1 and 1/2 hour to finished the service, and it cost @ RM189.xx..

.: Unity Design, Closed During CNY :.

We received a notification from the Unity Design team mentioned that they will close their showroom + factory during Chinese New Year..

"Dear Customers,

Due to the Chinese New Year Festival, kindly be informed the last cabinet installation date from our factory will be 30th Jan, Saturday and factory will only resume operating on 20th Feb, Saturday. In order to install your cabinet on time, please contact us at least two week notice to prevent any delay.

Meanwhile, our showroom will closed from 10th Feb (Wed) to 17th Feb (Wed) and resume duty on 18th Feb (Thu). For emergency cases, you still can call Patric 012 – 807 2008 and Erny 012 – 805 2008.

Your kind understanding and cooperation to the above is very much appreciated.

Erm, is it possible we can get the key from the developer before the date?? **Sigh **..If not, we need to wait until they resume their operation after CNY which is on 20th February 2010..

.: Partial Solar Eclipse On Jan 15 :.

Today, 15th January 2010, we will have a another chance to observe a partial solar eclipse, known as the annular solar eclipse, between 3pm and 5.45pm..


A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby totally or partially obscuring Earth's view of the Sun. An annular solar eclipse occurs when the Moon's apparent diameter is smaller than the Sun, causing the sun to look like an annulus (ring), blocking most of the Sun's light. An annular eclipse will appear as partial eclipse over a region thousands of kilometers wide. Today partial solar eclipse is the longest eclipse since 1992..

Anyway, i miss this chance because have another things to do..Anyway, anyone who had a chance to observe the partial solar eclipse, can share with us the experience??

.: Finally!! : Part 3 :.

Erm, finally we received a good news from our developer which is Leo Vista Sdn Bhd or known as Mitrajaya Homes :)..


I did received a letter from them mentioned that "Notice Of Delivery Of Vacant Possession & Statement"..At first I was taught that at last, we got the key from developer..But in order to get the key, few things need to be done 1st :

1. End financier need to settle the outstanding progress billing
2. Purchaser need to settle the assessment payment : January - June 2010

As discussed with their manager, they will have a few session for all the residents latest by the end of this month or earlier February, so that they will check all the house condition is in place such as :

1. Check all the defects if there is any
2. Check all the TNB meter and water meter is in place

We really hope that we can receive the key A.S.A.P so that we can start the renovation and finally start living in the new house :)..Insya allah and hopefully everything will be going smooth..

.: Rayyan Sick and Newly Born :.

Erm...Since so long Ar Rayyan not having fever, yesterday he got it :)..Anyway, today I'll take half day leave in order to bring Ar Rayyan to the Poliklinik Harmoni..

And we did received sms from Salwa, she was safely delivered her 2nd baby gurl last midnight @ Hospital Selayang..Congrats to Salwa and Mad Nor for their newly baby gurl..Hopefully we will spent our time to have a visit later..

.: Finally!! : Part 2 :.

Yesterday, Aleeya got all 5 years book from her teacher..I think it's just a part of it, and maybe she will get a few more books later..

Anyway, her swimming class change from Monday to Friday..So I need to remember to pack her swimming stuff on this Friday :)..And there is additional course for 5 years student which is Computer class..Hopefull she will learn how the computer operates, not playing games on computer :)..
