Today I went to the new house to check the progress on the wiring works..Alhamdulillah, they almost finish on 1st floor and already start doing the wiring on upper floor..

So far I'm satisfy with their excellent job and straight away paid RM1500 for the deposit to Subra..

I'm already confirmed with Lai, they able to start the plaster ceiling work on Thursday..Insya Allah, if it's follow the plan, wiring + plaster ceiling will complete during this weekend :)..

.: Renovation Work : Part 2 :.

Today, I went to the house to continue gardening work + meet with my contractor..Firstly, I met with Subra and his staffs @ 9.40am..After discuss with him regarding additional few plugs + cancel the water heater points on bathrooms, they start their work immediately..

While they are doing their works, I continue to plow my gardens :)..After a few hours of the work, below are they result..At least now it's almost 5% completed..

At 11.30am, Lai come to confirm the design..After discuss the design of the plaster ceiling, he is quoting us a new price..Alhamdulillah, it's slidely low compare previous quotation because we are decided NOT to put cornice for upstairs..

So he need to wait until all the electric part finish, and might be they can start their works on Tuesday..

.: Renovation Work : Part 1 :.

Yesterday I went to the new house for xx times :)..But this time, we start the renovation work, but it's only for our garden or outdoor landscape..Firstly we are going to one of the nursery to buy few things as below :

1. Rumpur Carpet : RM3.50 x 10
2. Soil : RM6.00 x 2

Then we are going to D.I.Y shop to buy the necessary things for gardening :

1. Hoe : RM10.00
2. Glove : RM2.50
3. Knife : RM5.00
4. Watering Can : RM10.00

After a few hours, below are the result for the gardening or outside landscaping :)..

Luckily I'm working on nite shift this week, so that I can continue gardening tomorrow + meet with my contractor to start their work..

.: Renovation Plan : Part 10:.

Alhamdulillah, last Friday I did received a call from Sharifah, Mitrajaya officer..She said that the defect work has been completed, Hooray!!!..Finally we can start the renovation and hopefully can moving in by the end of this month :)..

Straight away I'm calling Subra and Lai to confirmed when they can start their work..As agree over the phone, they will come to my house tomorrow..Here is the latest update for the checklist of renovation work :

1. Get MPSJ permission for the renovation work - Status : DONE. Didn't require permit since the renovation work is done inside the house..The permit will be needed if the renovation is done outside the house
2. Get developer permission for the renovation work - Status : DONE. Paid RM1500 for the deposit
3. Measurement for KC has been done by Patric - Status : DONE. Next step, awaiting my confirmation when they can start their work
4. Design for the Grill has been confirmed. Appoint Bahari for it - Cost : RM7116 (Wrought Iron for complete home),RM9116 (Wrought Iron for complete home + Gate) - Status : Awaiting for the final output :)
5. Got quotation from Lai for the PS - Cost : RM3867.60 (installation + materials) Status : Appointment on Monday 15th March @ 10am
6. Got quotation from Subra for the wiring - Cost : RM4755 (Wiring for complete home) Status : Appointment on Monday 15th March @ 10am
6. Submit defect list to developer - Status : DONE. Defect work has been completed

.: Aleeya @ Columbia Hospital :.

Last Friday, we are sending Aleeya to Columbia Hospital since she still not recovered from the fever since last Monday..We are so worried if she had a dengue, so we take her to the hospital for the blood test :)..

Alhamdulillah, after the diagnosis, she is free from the dengue but he had slidely HIGH amount of white blood cell..And Dr. Cheok Sui Ann confirmed that it because a virus infection..

Waiting for the appointment with the doctor..


Huh, after taking blood from her hand..


And alhamdulillah, after taking the antibiotic provided by the hospital, she is recovering from the fever..

Yesterday, we went to Bahari showroom/factory again, to check the grill progress ..Below are some pic taken during my visit..

We also agree on the paint for our grills..Insya Allah, by next week everything will be finish and ready to install on our new house..
