Anyway we take OCBC as our end financier since they gave the better rate compare to others..Below is the rate given by them :
First 3 Years : BLR - 2.3%
Remaining Years : BLR - 2.4%

kira ok la rate OCBC tuh...kiteorg amik CIMB pun BFR-2.05%. time aku survey2 nk amik loan umah dulu, rate alliance bank pun bley kurang sama cam OCBC gak...BLR-2.2%. Tapi payah sikit nak dapat. Nama kena clear takde sangkut kat mane2 bank
