.: House Key In Hand :.

Alhamdulillah..The joint inspection with the developer has been done with successfully + smoothly..It takes almost 1 hour to go through all the checklist in order to handover the house with the great condition..Anyway, I still have 18 months warranty to report any defects on the house..

So, starting from now on, I need to do the checklist for the renovation work..and below is the list :

1. Get MPSJ permission for the renovation work - Status : Not Done
2. Get developer permission for the renovation work - Status : Not Done
3. Call Patric KC for the appoinment - Status : Confirmed, Saturday 27th February @ 2pm
4. Call Bahari Grill for the appoinment - Status : Confirmed, Friday 26th February @ 3pm
5. Call contractor for the quotation of Plaster Ceiling - Status : Not Done
6. Got quotation from KH Construction Metal Works for the Grill - Cost : RM5800, Wrought Iron for complete home - Status : Will Consider

Fuh, a lot of things need to be done and well prepared before start the renovation work..Anyway, Alhamdulillah once again coz finally we own the house key!! :)..Alrite will update more on the house renovation progress + plan on the next post..
