Hi, yesterday we went to Bahari showroom/factory again, looking for the grill sample..Anyway, we are satisfy with the design, but we decided to adding some flower deco on the right + left of the panel..

After confirmed the design, we paid RM1400 for the deposit so that they can start their work immediately :)..

Tomorrow, I'll take leave since I need to do defect checklist + get developer permission for the renovation work + appointment with the wire-man..Here is the latest update for the checklist of renovation work :

1. Get MPSJ permission for the renovation work - Status : DONE. Didn't require permit since the renovation work is done inside the house..The permit will be needed if the renovation is done outside the house
2. Get developer permission for the renovation work - Status : Submit the permission letter by tomorrow
3. Measurement for KC has been done by Patric - Status : DONE. Next step, awaiting my confirmation when they can start their work
4. Design for the Grill has been confirmed. Appoint Bahari for it - Cost : RM7116 (Wrought Iron for complete home),RM9116 (Wrought Iron for complete home + Gate) - Status : They can start their work, awaiting for the final output :)
5. Got quotation from KH Construction Metal Works for the Grill - Cost : RM5800, Wrought Iron (hollow) for complete home - Status : Canceled
6. Got quotation from Orbit Networking Marketing for the Auto Gate - Cost : RM2400, Auto Gate, with Cable Armour Conceal - Status : Will Consider
7. Got quotation from Lai for the PS - Cost : RM3867.60 (installation + materials) Status : Confirmed the PS design
8. Got quotation from Haji for the PS - Cost : RM3200 (workmanship) + RM2000 (price estimation for the material) - Status : Canceled
9. Call Subra Wire-man for the appointment - Status : Confirmed, Wednesday 3rd March @ 10am
10. Call Baha Wire-man for the appointment - Status : Can't get him
